The Teaching Islamic Education Program at Yala Rajabhat University participated in braille and sign language training.

The program focused on the study of the Quran and aimed to enhance academic development and student skills.

From October 27 to 30, 2023, teachers and students from The Teaching Islamic Education Program, Faculty of Education, Yala Rajabhat University led by Asst. Prof. Hooseen Hasanat, Head of the Program, attended a workshop on Braille and Sign Language for Quranic studies at the Faculty of Quranic and Sunnah Studies, University of Sains Islam Malaysia.

During the event, the attendees had the honor of being welcomed by PROF. MADYA DR. MOHD ZOHDI MOHD AMIN, the Dean of the Faculty of Quranic and Sunnah Studies, along with DR. NORAKYAIREE MOHD.RAUS, Director of Ibnu Ummi Maktum Center (Education Center for the Disabled), DR. AHMAD KAMEL MOHAMED, Deputy Dean for Student Development, DR. MOHD. NUR ADZAM RASDI, DR. ABDULLOH SALAEH, and other faculty members. They held a meeting to discuss guidelines and foster academic cooperation and student development activities as outlined in the MOU & MOA between Yala Rajabhat University and University Sain Islam Malaysia.
